Position Details

Status: Full-time Exempt

Reports to: President

Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

About the Role

Pride Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Generalist to support our office and production teams by leading core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and employee programs. This is a hands-on role that also contributes to strategic initiatives around retention, culture, safety, and workforce planning. Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for both office and production roles
Administer payroll and timekeeping processes
Oversee benefits administration and work with the broker on annual strategy, renewals, and open enrollment
Support employee relations, including coaching, investigations, and terminations
Administer workers' compensation claims and leave of absence programs
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in accordance with applicable state and federal laws
Coordinate and support company-wide training, development, and compliance initiatives
Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention strategies
Manage HR records, reporting, and audits to ensure accuracy and legal compliance
Contribute to safety committee participation, incident reporting, and OSHA-related documentation
Support internal mobility and career growth by coordinating promotions, role changes, and succession planning efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of HR experience, including generalist-level responsibilities across multiple HR functions
Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices
Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required

Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of federal and state employment law
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR tools
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
