RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth & Strategy
Drive $2-$5M+ top-line revenue growth through sales strategy, marketing optimization, and customer experience innovation.
Translate the owner's vision into a scalable growth roadmap with measurable milestones.
Identify and launch new revenue streams, divisions, or services that expand market share.
Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Build systems and processes that enable the business to scale efficiently.
Manage labor, materials, and margins with a keen eye on gross profit and ROI.
Sales & Marketing
Own the company's sales strategy, setting and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Oversee marketing channels, including Google/local ads, outbound campaigns, and brand visibility.
Continuously refine sales processes to maximize conversion and revenue generation.
Team Development & Accountability
Formalize leadership structures and coach managers to elevate their capacity.
Lead weekly and quarterly meetings to maintain alignment, accountability, and momentum.
Build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across the organization.
Financial Management & Strategic Planning
Own P&L accountability for HVAC and related trades.
Develop annual budgets and multi-year growth strategies.
Partner with ownership on long-term financial planning, including expansion into additional trades.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Experience managing residential HVAC teams of 5 or more people.
Full P&L responsibility for $10M+ in annual revenue.
Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining processes and procedures.
Experience leading cross-functional departments.
Solid understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals.
Preferred:
Prior hands-on plumbing field experience or management of residential plumbing teams.
P&L oversight at the $15M+ level.
Experience developing quarterly and annual budgets.
Experience designing and launching new divisions (such as plumbing, HVAC, or excavation).
Experience managing teams in electrical or HVAC services.
Local to Northern California.
Desired:

SALARY: $150K - $246K with additional bonus opportunities
