Position Overview We are seeking a passionate In-House Attorney to join our team and support clients with wills, trusts, and estate planning , while also collaborating on advanced financial planning strategies .This role is ideal for a purpose-driven attorney who wants to make a true impact-someone who enjoys guiding families, protecting legacies, and ensuring that every client has peace of mind knowing they have done everything possible to Live a Life of Significance . Key Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.).
Advise clients on wealth transfer, tax strategies, and asset protection.
Collaborate with financial advisors to create holistic financial and legal plans.
Stay up to date with estate planning laws and regulations.
Guide and educate clients with care, compassion, and clarity.
Support the SWAG team with advanced planning strategies that align with our client-first mission.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active license to practice law in Michigan.
3+ years of experience in estate planning and trusts preferred.
Strong understanding of financial and tax planning.
Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
