The Fort Worth, Texas Law Firm of Brackett & Ellis, P.C. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While prior experience with insurance coverage matters is preferred, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other documents.
Analyze insurance policies, coverage issues, and related legal matters.
Perform contract analysis and review of contractual provisions to assess risk, obligations, and compliance.
Advise clients regarding potential risks, coverage obligations, and litigation strategies.
Effectively manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop practical and strategic solutions for clients.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas ( required ).
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and positive mindset.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform accurately under pressure.
Some experience with insurance coverage issues ( preferred but not required ).
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
