We are a well-established Insurance Defense firm and are seeking an attorney with 1 year of relevant litigation experience. The role will involve handling the defense of personal injury and property damage matters arising from automobile and premises accidents.

Qualification for this position are:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Must be admitted to practice in New York State
Experience in defense personal injury and property damage litigation, including, but not limited to, experience in Court proceedings, experience in conducting depositions and experience in motion practice.
Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedure
Excellent writing skills
