Intellectual Property Attorney/Patent Agent (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering)
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

The Role
We're looking for a motivated attorney or patent agent with a background in chemistry or chemical engineering to join our team. You'll play an integral role in helping clients secure and protect their IP while developing a well-rounded skillset across prosecution, counseling, and strategy.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses
Drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications in the U.S. and abroad
Advising clients on portfolio management and IP strategy
Collaborating directly with clients to align IP with business goals
Staying up to date on developments in patent law and relevant technologies
What We're Looking For
JD (or patent agent credentials) with admission to the USPTO
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
1+ years of patent experience (firm or in-house)
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
