Residential Construction Project Superintendent
The Project Superintendent leads all onsite construction activities with energy and precision! In this dynamic role, you'll:

• Supervise and schedule all construction activities and subcontractors with authority
• Inspect work meticulously throughout the construction process
• Skillfully resolve day-to-day challenges as they arise on the jobsite
• Ensure absolute compliance with plans and specifications

Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold Foursquare Builders' safety standards and maintain required documentation
• Conduct daily trade work inspections
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead safety meetings and enforce jobsite protocols
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices
• Manage project scheduling, quality control, and logistics
• Create/review daily logs, project billings, and keep management and clients informed
• Ensure proper submission of closeout documentation (drawings, O&M manuals, warranties)

Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; four-year degree in construction preferred, engineering, or business or consummate experience
• 3+ years' experience with a residential general contractor
• Proven superintendent or project management experience managing multiple projects
• Proficiency with industry software: Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, CoConstruct, Builder Trend, and other PM systems
• Expert ability to read and coordinate construction drawings across disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) and produce as-built documentation
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage resources, personnel, and schedules to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year based on experience
