Kitchen Worker Job Summary
Responsible for all kitchen functions including food preparation and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation & cleanliness, cooking, preparation, washing Dishes , & sanitation & cleanliness.
Activities & Responsibilities for Kitchen
o Responsible for cleaning kitchen floors, walls, hoods, other equipment and food storage areas.
o Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
o Check and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points.
o preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
o Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
o Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
o Demonstrate new cooking techniques everyday.
o Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs.
o Prepare all sauces and pasta dishes .
o Attend all scheduled Manager Meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.

Requirements : 2+ years of relevant work experience at a high level restaurant
