Prominent insurance defense law firm is seeking an experienced law and motion attorney for its Irvine office. This position will primarily focus on sophisticated research and writing for its litigation practice group. This is 100% remote.
Qualifications:
Must be an active member in good standing with the CA Bar
Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but not required
Experience drafting discovery, pleadings, and a variety of motions
Excellent knowledge of online legal research
Ability and desire to produce excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing and analytical skills
Must be driven, a self-starter and able to independently manage a caseload
Must be able to work well under strict deadlines
Ability to multitask effectively
Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills are a must
