Position Overview
We're seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead crews on commercial and light industrial projects throughout the region. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, managing field personnel, coordinating with project managers and other trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews (apprentices, journeymen) on commercial and light industrial construction projects
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job scopes
Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to keep projects on schedule
Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory for your job site
Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company safety policies
Track progress and communicate updates to the project team
Mentor apprentices and promote a culture of accountability and craftsmanship
Perform hands-on electrical work as needed to support team productivity
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a foreman or lead electrician role
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial construction practices
Proven ability to manage crews and deliver successful projects
Proficient with blueprint reading and electrical layout
OSHA 10 (required); OSHA 30 (preferred)
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various construction environments

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
