As Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for the daily operations of your classroom, ensuring a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for all students at our center. You will collaborate with families, team members, and administration to promote a positive learning environment.

Requirements
Must be able to meet Lead Teacher requirements in the state of NH
Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood preferred or a degree in a related field with a minimum of 18 ECE credits (at least 3 credits in Child or Human Growth and Development) The more credits the better
Successfully complete background check
Experience in Early Childhood Development/Education and working with ages Infant-Preschool
Attends 18 or more hours of Professional Development workshops annually
Engages in Professional Development focused on early childhood administration, preparing for future growth
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Prepare weekly themed lesson plans
Actively lead and participate in daily activities
Implement and adapt age-appropriate curriculum
Ensure child safety and compliance with state regulations
Maintain classroom operations aligned with company policies
Supervise and mentor Support Staff and Associate Teachers
Collaborate with Directors and Upper Administration
