skilled Lead Installer to bring precision, professionalism, and pride to every project.

What You ll Do
As a Lead Installer, you ll be responsible for managing installations from start to finish
with expert precision and leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading installation crews in residential and commercial projects.
• Installing natural stone and engineered quartz surfaces with accuracy and attention
  to detail.
• Ensuring seams, edges, and finishes meet company quality standards.
• Safely transporting, handling, and securing stone materials on-site.
• Operating tools and equipment (grinders, polishers, saws, and other installation
  tools).
• Performing on-site repairs, adjustments, and finishing when required.
  Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and delivering excellent customer
  service.
• Upholding safety standards and mentoring team members to improve efficiency and
  craftsmanship.
  
  What We re Looking For
  We re seeking a proven professional who can take ownership of projects and lead by
  example.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience as a Lead Installer in residential and commercial stone/quartz projects.
• Strong working knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to manage job sites, direct crew members, and ensure project completion on
  time.
• Hands-on skill with repairs, finishing, and field adjustments.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (40+ lbs with assistance as
  needed).
• Dependability, leadership, and communication skills.
• A clean, professional appearance and commitment to safety.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $22/hour (higher pay available based on experience and skill).
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM.
• Summer hours: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM to beat the heat!
• Paid vacation as a benefit
• Quarterly profit sharing bonuses
