Basic Function: We're seeking a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual to join us as a Leasing Agent. This role will be responsible for bringing on high-quality residents for managed properties.
Tenant Lead Nurturing
Follow up with qualified applicants to answer any questions, obtain necessary additional information, and schedule showings
Conduct unit tours with qualified applicants as needed
Lease Negotiation & Execution
Create and obtain approval for lease terms
Drive lease execution
Accurately enter tenant and lease information into systems
Coordinate lease signings for approved renewals
Tenant Move-In Execution
Confirm leased units are appropriately keyed and CityLife Residential key copies are appropriately stored
Provide keys to new tenants
Ensure tenants receive appropriate information on tenant portal activation, online payments, and move in checklists
Supervises: N/A.
Working Conditions: Split between the office and available properties. Periodic weekend and evening work.
Desired Qualifications:
A valid PA Real Estate License, or must obtain PA Real Estate License within 180 days of hire
A positive attitude with a service mindset and a desire to provide positive customer experiences
Ability to work with little or no supervision
A knack for quick thinking and problem solving to create win/win solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and an acute attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and general software applications
A willingness to learn and grow with the company

Compensation: This position will include a $20,000 base salary with a $300-$500 per lease commission structure, offering the potential for earnings around $75,000-$120,000 per year. or more. The sky is the limit!
