Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the plumbing systems of our residential properties through expert installation, repair, and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with regulatory standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques. Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, and related systems as required. Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, properly storing tools and equipment after use. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism. Keep detailed and accurate records of all services performed, including maintenance logs and repair documentation. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continually enhance skills and expertise. Collaborate effectively with team members to complete plumbing projects efficiently and to the highest standard.
Qualifications and Skills: Valid Journeyman Plumber license and proven experience in residential plumbing. Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of plumbing systems and fixtures. Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve plumbing issues. Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment as needed. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Prior experience as a service plumber, with a focus on delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with advanced plumbing techniques and emerging technologies. Previous experience in property maintenance or multi-unit residential settings.
