We are a growing property management company overseeing a portfolio of over 10,000 multifamily units. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term, steady employment with potential for professional growth.
Position Summary:
The Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing repairs, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades across our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential plumbing and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Occasional travel to other sites under our management portfolio may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and vacant units.
Replace, upgrade, and install piping systems as needed.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance across 1,000+ units.
Troubleshoot and repair issues with water supply lines, drainage systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing needs.
Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Self starter, proactively addressing matters
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid plumbing license.
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily plumbing.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel to additional sites when required.
Valid driver's license.
