Role:
This person will be an integral part of the Urban Cowboy Lodge's BOH Team. We are a small, but passionate group that works daily to provide some of the best upstate hospitality around!
Each person here brings something unique to the experience we provide and we hope you are no different. The basics are key can you multi-task? Do you take pride in serving superior food? Care about presentation? Teamwork? and do you work clean? As a line cook we are also looking for other abilities Are you a team player? Are you detail oriented? Are you positive and work well with others? If you can answer yes to these questions reach out because we want you to join the team.
Your responsibilities will consist of food preparation, food presentation, set up and breakdown of meal period, and cleaning. This is for PM shifts primarily, but there may be other shifts available. We are looking for someone ready to join our team, contribute and support to the Lodge's and Culinary Team's vision and just be cool, calm and collected.
The hours for this position are generally 35-45 hours a week. There are special rates/pay for certain Lodge. Weekend availability is essential. Housing is free to FT Employees and Subsidized Healthcare is available for FT employees too!
Experience:
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years experience as a Cook Hot food and cold food production experience required. There will be some dishes, lighting some fires, cooking over some of them and a great place to learn.
