Litigation Associate Attorney

Downtown Denver civil trial firm seeks an associate-attorney with 1-4 years' experience. The candidate should be licensed to practice in Colorado and have an interest in insurance defense litigation and trial work. Judicial clerkship experience a plus. The candidate must have superior attention to details, legal research, writing abilities, and communication skills. The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to multiple task in an high volume firm. Candidate must be punctual and willing to work in a professional environment on a daily basis. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring clarity and adherence to legal standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case developments.
Assist in litigation strategy development and participate in negotiations, focusing on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
