What You'll Do:
Lead and manage commercial litigation cases from start to finish
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with strategic precision
Oversee discovery, conduct depositions, and manage document review
Appear in court to argue motions and represent clients at trial
Negotiate contracts and advocate in arbitration or mediation proceedings
What You Bring:
4+ years of hands-on commercial litigation experience (trial work in State, Federal & Appellate courts required)
Bar admissions in New Jersey and New York
Strong writing and analytical skills-you're both a thinker and a doer
A team player who's equally comfortable leading or collaborating
A passion for solving complex problems and driving client success
