Litigation Attorney
Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz (NST Law), one of the largest plaintiff's personal injury law firms in the Southeast, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our expanding team in Memphis, TN.

The Litigation Attorney will handle a full caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence-based claims in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong litigation skills, capable of managing cases from initial filing through trial or resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
Prepare complaints, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation pleadings
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and effective case progression.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
At least 2-3 years of personal injury experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseload
