Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience with personal injury litigation representing plaintiffs
Track record of settlements or verdicts for plaintiffs
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to be organized, and meet deadlines, and work in a fast paced environment
Job Responsibilities
Handle litigation of personal injury cases
Take and defend depositions
Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
Prepare cases for trial and second or first chair trials under the supervision of senior trial attorneys
