We're seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to mastering the craft of litigation. What You'll Do
Manage civil litigation matters from start to finish with accuracy and control
Draft precise pleadings, motions, and discovery and deliver compelling courtroom advocacy
Conduct thorough depositions and case analysis to anticipate issues and eliminate errors
Engage directly with clients, building trust through clarity, preparation, and follow-through
Collaborate with a disciplined team of litigators who hold each other to the highest professional standards
Contribute to the firm's strategy and prepare yourself for advancement as the firm expands

A well-managed caseload with deadlines consistently met and details never overlooked
Precise, error-free legal work that strengthens case outcomes and client confidence
Consistent achievement of billable requirements (1650 hours) while upholding quality

3+ years of hands-on civil litigation experience
A proven ability to manage cases independently through all phases
