Overview
We are seeking a proactive Litigation Paralegal with 3+ year's of experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in civil litigation with background in subrogation .This role is essential in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process by performing a variety of legal tasks and administrative tasks when needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing , reviewing case files and gathering necessary documentation.
Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
Summarize medical or other records and depositions.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, motions, complaints and discovery requests/responses while ensuring compliance with court rules.
Maintain accurate case files and perform data entry to keep records up-to-date.
Manage deadlines for filings and ensure timely submission of documents to courts and opposing counsel.
If needed, E-Serve and E-File documents with the Court.
In office position.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
