Base Compensation: $55,000-$95,000 annually _(plus significant bonus potential)_

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for clients
Support a diverse group of attorneys
Draft legal documents
Prepare and file documents with the courts and legal government agencies
Serve as a notary
Stay up to date on amendments in laws and regulations
Attend relevant continuing education courses
Communicate effectively
Engage in healthy conflict
Work in a TEAM-me environment
Act proactively in ever-evolving surroundings
Present solutions
Mentor and be mentored
