Duties
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Execute repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units as necessary.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant requests and concerns.
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects efficiently.
Requirements
Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents.
Solid mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems and logic controllers.
Welding skills are a plus for performing repairs on metal structures or components.
Previous experience supervising maintenance staff is advantageous.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure or tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills to foster good relationships with residents and staff.
