We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to work part time.
Snapshot of responsibilities:
Prepare vacant units so they are ready for occupancy including refurbishing and painting.
Perform assigned maintenance of the housing community.
Perform general maintenance and repair on all areas of the property, including custodial functions, lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, plumbing, minor appliance repair and electrical work.
Occasional on call schedule for special needs and emergencies.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years' experience in a multi-family housing environment.
Proficient with apartment turns.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing experience a plus.
