Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for each event.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure events are delivered within financial parameters.
Develop promotional materials and strategies to maximize brand exposure for clients.
Evaluate event success through feedback and performance metrics, making recommendations for future improvements.
Lead on-site event teams to ensure smooth operations during events.
Requirements
Comfort working in social setting and diverse environments.
Thrive in working in a team environment in professional manner.
Strong sales skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional tactics is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
