Job Summary:
As a Marketing Insights Analyst, you'll support customer-led innovation by planning and executing high-impact research projects for the Residential business unit of a leading roofing manufacturer. You'll champion the customer voice and deliver data-backed insights to influence product, brand, and experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle of marketing research projects - from design to insights delivery
Create surveys and qualitative tools that yield actionable data
Conduct and moderate focus groups, in-depth interviews, and UX testing
Translate complex findings into clear insights for executive stakeholders
Support co-creation sessions and brainstorm workshops
Maintain internal knowledge platforms and share insights across teams
Collaborate on projects related to programs, events, products, and customer experience
Required Experience:
3-5 years in marketing research, user research, or consulting
Experience in the building materials or similar complex industry
Stakeholder-facing experience presenting research and influencing decisions
Nice-to-Have Experience:
User research or CX certifications
Vendor management for research tools or service providers
Required Skills:
Advanced quantitative & qualitative research methods
Proficiency with Qualtrics, and AI research tools
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and facilitation/moderation
Preferred Skills:
Background in Psychology, HCI, Marketing, Cognitive Science, or related
Experience with usability testing, interviews, think-aloud studies
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong business acumen and multitasking capabilities
Additional Skills:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Comfort managing multiple, concurrent research initiatives
Familiarity with internal insight-sharing and documentation platforms
