Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Marketing Promotion Specialist - Ambassador to help us connect with potential surrogates. In this role, you will be the face of Fertility Heaven, responsible for raising awareness about the incredible opportunity to become a surrogate and helping to build a caring family.
This project is about making a connection with people. You will be a key part of our mission to help couples and individuals build the families they've always dreamed of.
Responsibilities:
Clearly and respectfully explain the surrogacy process and its benefits.
Distribute informational materials and answer basic questions.
Direct interested individuals to our website or a specific contact person for more detailed information.
Strong social media experience.
Target expos, events and grassroots recruiting at pediatric and ob/gyn, day care center locations for greater visibility.
Maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous surrogacy, egg donor or IVF experience required
Fluent in English and Spanish
A compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
Comfortable approaching and speaking with a diverse range of people.
Reliable, responsible, and a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in promotions, sales, or public-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
