We are a plastic surgery practice seeking a Master Esthetician. We seek an upbeat personality who excels in compassionate, professional communication and can multi-task with ease. We have a strong team and we are looking to add one more person who has a passion for skin care! RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform clinical medical grade chemical peels, microneedling, microneedling with protein rich plasma, intense pulse light treatments, and laser hair reduction treatments. Maintain detailed treatment records on each client seen. Worked with lasers using all functions. Photo rejuvenation (vascular and pigment) and non-ablative fractional laser treatments.
Marketing is a plus! Ideally have created marketing packages. Knowledge of sales strategies for selling non-surgical procedures: laser hair removal treatments, laser skin rejuvenation treatments, injectables, fillers and medical esthetician treatments. Experience with up-sell and cross-selling.
Passionate for patient care. Consult with patients individually to customize the best and most effective treatments for them. Providing cosmetic consultations both in person and over the phone. Create custom packages for patients to meet all budgets. Work with patients pre and post operative. Talking to patients about skin care and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments. Educating patients about cosmetic surgical procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
WA state Master Esthetician license
Blood Borne Pathogens training
Laser certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Current medical esthetics knowledge as well as skilled in computer processing.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills and phone manner.
