HFS Federal Credit Union, located on Hawaii Island (Big Island), is accepting applications for Member Service Representatives (MSR) for the following branches; Hilo, Prince Kuhio, Keaau, Waimea, and Kona Coast.
As an MSR you will process a variety of financial transactions as you service our membership in a friendly and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have at minimum:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Cash handling experience
Prior experience in a financial institution or have worked in a service oriented business
Experience with using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to be an independent problem solver
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to project a professional attitude and appearance
