We're looking for a licensed Nail Technician who shares our values and wants to grow in a supportive, high-standard salon.

What You'll Do:
Perform nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel, and specialty enhancements with precision and care.
Educate clients on proper nail health and aftercare.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with Idaho State Board standards.
Build strong client relationships while supporting the salon's overall client experience.
Participate in training, meetings, and ongoing education.
Pay & Benefits:
$11/hour guaranteed base pay (hourly or commission, whichever is higher)
Additional product commission opportunities
Paid vacation days after one year of employment
W-2 employee position - we do not offer booth rental or 1099 arrangements

Many ads show "average" hourly rates that assume full booking capacity, no slow seasons, and no expenses. Here, you'll always have a guaranteed base pay, with the ability to earn more through commission and tips, so you can count on a stable income and a supportive team environment.
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time; must be available for weekends.
Requirements:
Current Idaho Nail Technician or Cosmetology License.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional presence.
