Requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, CPR
• DEA Required
• CSR License Required
• State Licensure: Maryland (IMLC accepted but cannot be credentialed until licensed)
• Inductions by V-BACS require
