SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF SITE TECHCIAN DUTIES
Put new equipment into production and help assemble the company related infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve ASIC computer hardware problems, including installation and configuration of such or related hardware and software related to routine operations.
Proceed with the implementation of troubleshooting tools.
Assist in returning defective equipment to the original manufacturer (RMA); based on company guidelines
Provide facility oversight by performing comprehensive physical inspections of mechanical, electrical and company equipment and systems;
See to the maintenance of the cleanliness of the facilities and organization according to the company's standard.
With the assistance of the Site Supervisor:
o Document the procedures for maintaining the infrastructure to ensure its continuous operation;
o Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize overall infrastructure procedures;
o Check and conduct regular updates of inventory of required site equipment and keep the company internally updated as to the status of all inventory stocks.
o Review and apply all company physical and digital security rules and regulations, including site visitors, customer representatives, and site contractor/sub contractors.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience of 1 year or more in a computer environment;
Good knowledge of English
The work is done on site and the candidate must have his driver's license
Knowledge of crypto-mining is an strong asset
Knowledge of electricity and computers is an strong asset
Able to travel 70% of the time

Have a good sense of communication;
Ability to manage multiple priorities;
