Otolaryngology Physician

Coverage Needed :

• ASAP - ongoing
• Clinic Coverage: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• Call Coverage: 5p-7a Mon-Fri with 1-2 days in the OR performing minor ENT (ear tubes, tonsils, etc)

Clinical Details :

• Community call coverage at three community hospitals covering inpatient consults and ED
• No rounding, only consults as requested
• Average call volume: 10 per 24 hours
• Average call back hours: 2-4 during 24-hour call shift
• EMR: Epic
• Support staff available in ED and for inpatient consult calls
• Trauma level 2
• O utpatient clinic

Requirements :

• Board Eligible
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• New York State Licensure required
  • Open to providers that are willing to obtain NY license
• Ability to cover three community hospitals within a 10-mile radius
• Competency in ENT emergency surgeries
• Trauma experience
