Position Summary
The associate lawyer will be responsible for handling their own cases in pre-litigation and litigation. Duties will include talking to clients, potential clients, and research and writing when needed. You will need to have a understanding of injury law and be willing to learn at a fast pace.

Objectives:
Discuss with clients their injuries and needs
Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
Must have excellent writing skills
Pre-litigation and litigation.
Review and audit personal injury cases
Review retainer agreements with clients and intake procedures
Research legal issues
Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, orders, and other legal documents
Defend and take depositions
Negotiate with adjusters to obtain the highest possible settlement
Assist in witness preparation and management.
COMPETENCIES
Strong ability to create repour with clients, listen to and understand clients
Strong writing skills and research
Ability to multi task and handle workload
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Able to work as a team and positive attitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in NV
1-2 years experience in the personal injury field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
