Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. Prior Personal Injury experience is required. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role as an associate to senior attorneys. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in legal research, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other legal professionals.
Duties
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Assist attorneys in the litigation process by organizing case files and maintaining accurate records.
Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates on case status, and address any inquiries.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel under the guidance of attorneys.
Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
Stay updated on changes in Personal Injury law and other relevant legal practices to ensure compliance.
Experience
Active member with the California Bar and in good standing
Proven experience as an associate in Personal Injury
Strong understanding of personal injury law, including litigation processes
Proficiency in legal administrative tasks, including document management and filing systems.
Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Ability to conduct effective research and analyze information critically.
Pay is based on experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Weekends as needed
