JOB OVERVIEW

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, standard clinic hours
  • On-Call Expectations: 1:10 rotation
  • Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (90120 days) PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
  • Patient Demographics: Adults (Family Medicine may also see Pediatrics and Geriatrics)
  • Average Daily Volume / Census: 2026 patients per day
  • Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
  • Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Preventive care, chronic disease management, general internal medicine, and family practice FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
  • EMR System: Epic fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII
  • Specialty Backup: Collegial system physicians and subspecialty support
  • Support Staff: Multidisciplinary team with APPs, nurses, and support staff
  • Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to practice Medical Director

Requirements: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • DEA & Certifications: DEA, CSR, BLS required
  • Credentialing Timeline: 90120 days COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS
