A reputable medical group in Fairfield County Connecticut is adding a Geriatrician.

Practice Details

• Established practice with 6 Physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners
• Full-time outpatient position
• Option for Skilled Nursing Facility coverage in addition to Primary Care
• Need is due to replacing a departing physician
• Opportunity for teaching medical students and Residents
• Network of 2,600 Physicians and seven hospitals
• Base salary plus incentive pay
• Paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match, and contribution
• Hiring bonus and relocation stipend may also be available

Community/Location

• 40 miles from Hartford and 80 miles from New York City
