Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Experience
- Prior experience as a cook in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and food service procedures
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is a plus
