Pay: $100,000 - $150,000/year PLUS percentage of litigation case settlements

About Us
We handle high-value cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and other serious injury claims. We are looking for a seasoned trial attorney who can hit the ground running and take ownership of litigation matters from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Manage all aspects of plaintiff personal injury litigation in PA and NJ, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
Attend in-person and virtual court appearances in surrounding counties.
Draft and review complaints, discovery requests/responses, motions, and other pleadings.
Provide strategic guidance to support staff to ensure cases move efficiently toward resolution.
Conduct legal research and develop strong case strategies.
Represent clients in jury and bench trials .
Work toward cost-effective, client-focused outcomes .
What We're Looking For
Active admission to both PA and NJ Bar Associations (Required).
Minimum 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience , including jury trial experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and case management systems (Filevine experience a plus).
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.
