conducting roof and leak inspections, overseeing crews, and performing minor repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform roof inspections and diagnose leaks on residential and commercial properties. Perform small roofing repairs and maintenance tasks as needed Document work performed and communicate findings via digital tools Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times Report progress and site conditions to the production manager. The perfect candidate will have no problems climbing any residential roofs and be able to perform a wide variety of roof repairs. Anything from pipe jacks, all the different types of ventilation on roofs, flashings and shingle repair.
We provide all the tools, company truck and gas. Pay is based on experience. You must have your own vehicle to get to work as you will not be able to take the truck home. It must be returned to our office at the end of each day.
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Prior experience in roofing and general construction Ability to climb and inspect roofs safely Skilled in performing basic roofing repairs Comfortable working flexible hours based on project needs Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (e.g., email, mobile apps, digital forms)
Preferred Qualifications:
(English/Spanish) Extensive roofing experience or certifications

Pay: $39,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
