To succeed, you must have:

Minimum 3-5 years of superintendent experience, preferably with federal government construction projects.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer-based reporting tools.
Required certifications: OSHA 30, EM385-1-1, QCM, and First Aid/CPR; travel may be required.

What you'll do as the Project Superintendent:

Oversee daily jobsite operations, including workforce and subcontractor coordination.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 standards.
Monitor quality and ensure work aligns with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress, challenges, and needs with project managers.
Address and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
