Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess a strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality control.
Participate in catering events as needed, providing support for off-site meal preparations.

Experience
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Familiarity with food handling techniques and safety practices is essential.
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an advantage.
Culinary school education or certification as a Dietary Aide is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
