Overview
Donahue Fitzgerald LLP is seeking an associate attorney for our Real Estate practice group. The position will provide hands-on support for highly challenging and interesting legal assignments. This position will support multiple attorneys.
The annual minimum billable hours requirement is 1610, with the opportunity to earn a bonus for hours worked in excess of the minimum.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
3+ years of real estate transactional experience with an emphasis on leasing
Ability to negotiate and document leasing transactions for both landlord and tenant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Must be a self-starter with superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments
Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar.

The salary range for this position applies to California.
