About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to support our driver recruiting efforts, marketing coordination, and day-to-day recruiting operations. This role acts as the central connection between internal departments, external recruiting and advertising partners, and driver candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Support and enhance the driver recruiting process, candidate engagement, and communication.
Act as a liaison between the recruiting agency and company leadership to ensure clear and timely updates.
Collaborate with our advertising agency to review campaign performance and provide actionable feedback.
Manage recruiting-related social media content to align with brand and hiring goals.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the recruiting team and leadership.
Serve as the TenStreet platform administrator; manage system usage, updates, and reporting.
Maintain and update the recruiting database to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate travel and lodging for candidates attending interviews or events.
Distribute and track fuel cards for new drivers.
Perform other duties as needed to support recruiting operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-5 years of relevant experience (transportation or logistics environment a plus)
Experience with TenStreet or similar applicant tracking/recruiting platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using social media for recruiting and brand awareness
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with travel or logistics coordination is a plus
Working Environment:
Professional office setting
Frequent use of computer and office equipment
May require lifting of up to 40 lbs for orientation materials
May lead or support training sessions lasting several hours
