A Retail Sales and Marketing Representative is a customer-oriented professional who assists customers. They provide information, process transactions, and promote sales through customer engagement. Their role involves promotional marketing, sales, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive business success.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales and Marketing Representative:
Customer service : Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information
Sales : Ring up sales, process purchases, ask about company promotions, and drive targets
Strategic thinking : Create ideas and strategic solutions as well as staying up to date with market and competitors tends
Store maintenance : Clean and organize the sales floor, and collaborate with team members
Promotion : Promote sales, invite customers to join a loyalty program, and encourage customers to use coupons
Marketing: Encourage followers and likes to appropriate platforms
Relationship Building: Excel in relationship building, interpersonal skills, and collaboration to keep customer continuing to come back.
Skills needed for the Retail Sales and Marketing Representative
Proficiency in IOS devices and basic understanding of marketing principles
Familiarity with public speaking and hitting market targets
Successfully work with a team and work in conjunction with team leads
Familiarity with marketing mediums and marketing strategies
Basic Qualifications:
Live within a commutable distance to Dallas, TX
Full time availability (Monday - Friday)
Can legally work in the US
Obtained a high school degree (GED)
1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferred but not necessary
