What We're Looking For:
Experience in roofing (preferred but not required-we'll train the right person!)
Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mentality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What You'll Do:
Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems (shingle, flat, metal, etc.)
Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and productive
Leak detection, patching, flashing, vents, boots
Work on both residential and commercial properties
Collaborate with a team that values craftsmanship and integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
