As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises while managing a team of security personnel. Your role will involve implementing surveillance measures, conflict management strategies, and loss prevention techniques to maintain a secure environment.
Duties
Supervise daily operations of security staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor surveillance systems including CCTV to detect and respond to incidents effectively.
Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential security risks and implement corrective actions.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
Manage conflicts and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Train new staff on security practices, emergency procedures, and conflict management techniques.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and daily activities for review by management.
Experience
Previous experience in security supervision or related fields such as law enforcement or military service is preferred.
Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention strategies is essential.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in site supervision is a plus.
