Senior Employment Litigation Attorney

We are a collegial, professional boutique employment firm that provides sophisticated and entrepreneurial services to a variety of top-tier clients. We are currently searching for a senior associate litigator (8+ years of litigation experience, with employment litigation a plus) who excels at and enjoys a high level practice and having immediate responsibility for teaming on and running matters, including with respect to the litigation process, client communications and supervision of junior associates. Big firm experience and training are a plus, as is familiarity with the "Silicon Valley" practice of law (ie. competition and IP issues, stock options, private equity/VC backed companies, etc.). We train and mentor our associates and help them achieve the next level of their practices. Initiative, a sophisticated skill/experience base and excellent organizational research, writing and oral advocacy skills are all required. We offer very competitive compensation and benefits with the opportunity for bonuses and incentives. Must be an active member of the California Bar in good standing to apply. Full-time preferred but qualified part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply. Flexibility on remote status, subject to business needs.

Pay: $220,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
