We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney - Senior Associate to join our Cleveland office. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in immigration court hearings and USCIS interviews.
Lead and manage complex immigration cases from start to finish.
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
Draft and review motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state.
Minimum of 3 years' immigration law experience.
Proven experience supervising junior legal staff or paralegals.
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
